New Replacement Woofer. 12" driver 8 ohm 50oz bumped magnet vented 2.5" VC

I have 2 of these really nice speakers that I bought but never installed them. This auction is for one of them. These will replace the standard size 12" speaker in those favorite old speaker cabinets that have bad woofers in them. These speakers have it all- large bumped pole magnet, 2.5" voice coil, cloth edge that will not rot like the foam ones do and they are rated for 175 watts RMS 8 ohms.
Here are the specifications on them. I am not sure who made these. They look a lot like Eminence but I can't say who made them.These can be used for Bass Guitar or PA woofers or in high end stereo speaker cabinets. These have never been mounted to anything. I will have to sell these as a no return if they have any evidence of being mounted since they will be looked at as used after that. You are buying one of them at the buy it now price.
