Based on an anti-bacterial Bamboo chopping board, our biltong cutters are well equipped to meet your needs. You will receive a quality, removable stainless steel cutting blade, complete with an ergonomic rubberized handle for ease of use. We have built in a Tungsten-Carbide knife sharpener to let you revitalize your knife whenever you feel the need. You can slice the biltong or jerky as thin or as thick as you like. Finally there is a neat compartment that houses a compact spanner included for easy blade fitting and removing so you don't need to go hunting when you want to sharpen or clean the blade. However, don't be misled. Whilst we cut through the toughest meat easily, the cutter isn't fussy. Fruit, vegetables, fish - even tofu if you wish, also enjoy being neatly sliced by the cutter.
